This is the best possible filling, since the can must have space for the propellant as well (gas, which pushes fluid from the can). Many unscrupulous manufacturers chasing after super profits do not indicate this percentage of the fluid filling in the can at all and pour the liquid on the bottom, or 1\/3 of the volume of the can. We fill cans according to the GOST, and then “struggle” with such nearly empty cans in the same price category. This is a current paradox on the market, due to the lack of awareness of customers.<\/p>\n
